What happened

The first full trading day after the 10-Q produced a split, not a verdict. Nvidia closed +8.74% at $227.98 on a $96.2bn beat and a $108.0bn guide — the equity market reading the disclosed guarantee structure as no obstacle at all. On the same day, Michael Burry gave his letter to those same disclosures and called the reaction "whistling past the graveyard."
