What happened

Nvidia stepped back from the AI-cloud revenue-sharing financing programme it launched in July — $36bn of take-or-pay/revenue-share commitments per its own 10-Q — reportedly after its own employees flagged antitrust exposure over a clause requiring cloud providers to get Nvidia's approval before renting capacity to certain customers. This is the first voluntary retreat from the loop this thread has recorded — every prior entry on this thread has been the loop's scale getting larger (the 10-Q's $105bn guarantee, the $500bn+ third-party platforms) or the market's read on it shifting (Burry vs. the +8.74% close), not a vendor unwinding a piece of the structure itself.
