What happened

The party list also shows that Dario Amodei and Benjamin Mann are named personally on this docket alongside Round Hill Music, BMG Rights Management and Universal Music entities — so the personal-liability theory that distinguished the Sony/Warner Chappell suit filed 08-28 is not unique to that case; a 09-03 stipulation (Doc. 118) extended Mann's own deadline to amend his answer, and a 09-04 order (Doc. 119) granted it.
