Second outlet corroborates the DUV-stockpile report and adds a new framing: a servicing ban, not a further export ban, is the remaining lever

What happened

⚠️ TechTimes corroborates yesterday's single-sourced report that CXMT and YMTC have stockpiled roughly three years of ASML DUV tools, and adds a new policy framing: since China's DUV pre-buy is largely complete, US leverage now rests on blocking maintenance and servicing of already-delivered tools, not on further new export bans. Still hardware-trade-press-only — no primary customs or company data locates the underlying stockpile claim itself, so this stays reported rather than established, now with two sources rather than one. Credibility ratings combine two public datasets: Lin et al. 2023, PNAS Nexus 2(9):pgad286 (CC BY 4.0) for the domain-quality score, and Wikipedia's perennial-sources list (CC BY-SA 4.0) for the reliability tier. A rating describes an outlet's general record, never this particular article. Unrated means absent from those datasets — not a judgement.
