What happened

Checked directly against the Legislature's own bill-history record: because AB 2575 was amended when reconsideration was granted on 08-28, it went back to second reading rather than straight to a repeat third-reading vote — a procedural step the 08-29 entry didn't have. As of this check (Sunday 08-30, ~10am ET) it sits on the Senate's 08-30 second-reading file, "in floor process," with no second floor-passage vote yet recorded.
