The same day, Russia's Supreme Court upheld barring Yabloko — the only Russian party formally opposing the war — from the September 18–20 parliamentary elections, rejecting its appeal. ⚠️ Still unverified and still not carried: claimed Russian advances near Orikhiv and on the Dnipropetrovsk axis. Re-checked at 15:00 ET and unchanged — a single low-confidence aggregator (news-pravda.com) reports advances near Orikhiv in Zaporizhzhia and the taking of Khristoforovka. If true it would contradict Ukraine's own 08-14 claim that its Dnipropetrovsk counteroffensive was complete. No corroboration from Reuters, AP, or ISW/Critical Threats.
